I need a maid

A few months ago I got really sick of standing out in the cold to smoke, so I designated the once a garage, now den to be the smoke room. I’d really like to invest in air cleaners, though so that maybe the air in the den will be just as clean as it is in the rest of the house.

I really need to give my house a good cleaning, but I HATE to do the “scrub and dust” type cleaning. I don’t mind putting things away or doing the dishes, even the laundry is managable for me – but I never feel like dusting or scrubbing the bathtub. Sounds pretty frightening, I’m sure you think there’s mold crawling up my bathroom walls. Rest assured, there isn’t – not yet anyways.  :P

Box cutters are not a good thing to lose

Box cutters are a must have in just about any household or job setting because you really never know when you’ll need one. I find myself needing one for the most random of things all the time, and yet I can’t ever find one. I’ll search the house up and down saying to myself, “I KNOW I saw one of these laying around just the other day…” and of course shortly after I no longer need one I will find one. It’s really very frustrating, but that’s what happens when you’re forgetful and lose everything like myself. Sheesh

How does yours smell?

If you have an out of control dog or cat you might want to invest in urine cleaners. It would really suck to have your house wreak of urine, so you best get that stuff taken care of.

House smells or weird. Every home has one, it’s own smell and it bothers me that I can’t tell what mine smells like, probably because I live there. I hope it doesn’t smell like dog, or feet. That would be unpleasant. Lesley and I were in and out of a friend’s home when we were little and the smell was just… indescribable. I can’t believe people live that way.
