It seems as though most people who grind their teeth in their sleep aren’t aware of it. There are many nights when I wake Shawn up because he is clenching his teeth so hard they squeak, and that is a sound I cannot stand. When I received the DenTek Custom Comfort Nightguard, I was extremely excited to have him try it out.

The process of fitting the dental mouth guard to your teeth is quick and easy as demonstrated in the video above. Both Shawn and myself felt that the guard was very comfortable, however it may be a bit too bulky to sleep in. If grinding your teeth in your sleep is a HUGE problem, though, I can see that being easy to overlook!

When I was in high school, I had no idea that I wanted to do with my life. College was not something I saw myself doing so I never took my SAT, PSAT, or worried about LSAT prep.

My laptop is currently in rough condition. The hard drive is practically full of photos, music, and photoshop files. I’m not sure what I was thinking when I replaced my fried one with one that has such a small capacity. I’d really love to get my own external harddrive rather than replacing it with a larger one. It also needs more ram, PRONTO! I love my little macbook but it sure is struggling these days!
