Weight loss pills can be both a blessing and a nightmare. I’ve heard of quite a few diet pills that are on the market that actually work, but without actually changing your lifestyle you will see your results reverse after you stop taking them.
I am doing my best to make small changes during my day like not drinking any cokes or snacking like I’d grown used to. Obviously I’m not putting forth a huge effort to get the weight off but I’d like to find the time to do a bit of exercising before work. I’m doing my best to stay up when Layla wakes up to eat in the morning. Hopefully I can make that my routine so that I have some extra time in the morning to do so!
