Post op belly

Well, it’s been two and a half months since I’ve had the baby and I’d say my “diet” is going pretty well. I say “diet” because I’m not really on any strict diet, I am just tryiing to eat smaller portions and drink more water. In the past any time I’ve lost weight it is usually by doing that. Eventually I will probably add exercise into my day because the C-Section pretty much ruined my stomach. I don’t know if it’s going to take a lot of exercise or a tummy tuck one day, but I can’t stand it!
