My grandfather has multiple fish ponds in his backyard and it is something I have always wanted. What holds me back, though, is the upkeep of said fish ponds. I’m not sure how often you have to clean them or change pond filters?

I love my goldfish, I’ve had them for nearly 6 years now and I would love to be able to keep my goldfish on a much larger scale! My grandfather has koi in his pond that are as old as I am!
