New Year’s Resolution

I think weight loss supplements are for the most part, scams. I’ve never heard of one to actually help someone lose weight and keep the weight off for good.

I need to lose weight and I know it’s not happening because I am lazy and sit on my ass all day every day. I eat lots of crappy food, top it off with a bag or two of candy and a few beers.

Last year my New Year’s resolution was to quit smoking, which for once I actually achieved (even if it took a few months for me to get started) perhaps losing weight will be something I achieve in 2009. I may not go all health nut as far as my food intake goes, but I could definitely stand to do some excercising ;)
