I think weight loss supplements are for the most part, scams. I’ve never heard of one to actually help someone lose weight and keep the weight off for good.

I need to lose weight and I know it’s not happening because I am lazy and sit on my ass all day every day. I eat lots of crappy food, top it off with a bag or two of candy and a few beers.

Last year my New Year’s resolution was to quit smoking, which for once I actually achieved (even if it took a few months for me to get started) perhaps losing weight will be something I achieve in 2009. I may not go all health nut as far as my food intake goes, but I could definitely stand to do some excercising

In my last post I mentioned that I’ve gained some extra weight that I would like to lose through exercise. I don’t think fat burner would really help me, or anyone for that matter. There isn’t a mirale drug that will make your excess pounds melt away like we all wish they would. Many times, if drugs like that DO actually make you lose weight, you’ll put it all back on when you stop taking it.

Recently I’ve gained quite a bit of weight that I would love to get rid of. I’ve browsed through various treadmills but at this pointin time we can’t really afford one. I think it would be great to have one!

I’ve seen a few on craigslist that are more in my price range but I’m always worried about making large purchases through sites like that an ebay cause you just can’t trust people!

I’m really tired tonight, I need to get to sleep but “I Didn’t Know I Was Pregnant” on A&E is keeping me up. It’s insane!

I’m also coming down with something, I’ve been losing my voice over the weekend and now my throat is starting to hurt. Great, sick just in time for the holidays!
