On Weight Loss

I hope I’m not the only one who realizes that diet pills are a joke. If healthy weight loss could be achieved as easily as taking a pill, the majority of Americans would not be overweight.

Weight loss is achieved by healthy diet, exercise, and the will to make a change in your life.

Anytime I’ve ever lost weight, it’s mostly due to eating smaller portions. I’ve never been one to not eat whatever I want, however I saw results by eating half of my cheeseburger rather than all of it. No telling what I could manage if I actually tried ;)
