It’s really important to be sure you have good dental and health insurance. I’ve been insured with both for about 2 years now but I’ve not used my dental yet because I’m really scared of the dentist. I probably need to get my wisdom teeth taken out, for a while one of them was really bothering me but I never went.
Now Shawn is without insurance and has a tooth that is KILLING him. For the past week he’s been in nothing but pain over that tooth and I really wish there was something we could do about it.
I’m scared of going to the dentist too (but then again, we’re not alone in that fear)… but I try to make sure I use up my health benefits every year as my employer pays for them anyway.
