When I was in college we had a potluck lunch one day where everyone brought in a homemade dish. I consulted my grandfather for easy green bean recipes and ended up making a delicious grean bean casserole. It was a hit! Everyone loved it and I need to make it again soon, but I think I’ll wait for the colder months as it always reminds me of Christmas time.
