It’s a really rainy day today and this morning while I was lying in bed trying to force myself out for work, I noticed a dripping sound. I glanced around to make sure it wasn’t any of the dogs doing something silly but quickly realized it sounded like a leak in the roof, I could hear water dripping on the ceiling.

This is so angering to me because the house was legally mine on March 22nd, the people I bought it from purchased a warranty for me that lasted a year. Now I’m not sure if the roof is even covered by the warranty, but I’ve not had a reason to use it until oh, 3 days before my warranty runs out.

Why do things always work out that way? Why is it that I’m always getting screwed over in any way possible? I told my boyfriend and he’s going to have a look at it because he works construction and he knows these things, but I’m sure it can’t be good. I remember a leak that was in my granny’s roof once and it was a huge ordeal. I don’t feel like going through all of that.
