I can’t believe what I’ve been hearing about the fires in San Diego. I can’t imagine what I would even think about doing if something like this happened to me. A man that works for us out there has had to pack up his wife, children, and dogs to evacuate. I wouldn’t even know where to start. The thought makes me feel like I need an SUV because I don’t know how many of my precious belongings would even fit in my beetle.
I am very tired, and very ready for the day to be overwith. Unfortunately I’ve still got a long ways to go.
It’s so sad. I haven’t really been following the story (haven’t much watched the news lately), but it’s heartbreaking to hear about. I have no clue what I would do in that kind of situation. How DO you even start to pack up your life?
