My boyfriend has recently started to work at the YMCA. Our particular ymca is being remodeled or something that involved completely blowing up a building to make more space for the center. Before the blew it up we got to go look and see if there was anything we wanted, we got one of the ceiling fans and I got a bunch of clear glass vases, which made me laugh because Les asked if it was my glass collection like Dooce. We couldn’t get what I really wanted though, a very simple desk that you align with the wall, it was really long.. I thought it would have been perfect for a cutting table for fabrics and patterns. We didn’t have a truck, but it’s not like I’ve had the urge to sew at all. Damn me.

The other day I got a piece of mail from my realtor advertising a house for sale that was about the same price as mine only newer, with a bit more character. I’m not saying that I don’t like my current house, I love it… but recently I’ve been thinking about what I’d like in my next house. Haha! Granted that is a while away, it can’t help to start planning and thinking about what I want later

I was at a site where the blogger was showing off a payu shirt she’d received in the mail and it reminded me to login in and see if MAYBE I had any assignments, and to my surprise, I actually did! I’m so thrilled, I’ve been really bummed about the lack of sponsored blogging I’ve been able to do lately. But, luckily, it looks like I’m back in business

Hooray! I’ve got some work to do! Good thing I am armed with a good episode of Cops and a Miller Lite.
