She’s not a heel biter I swear!

I love my dog Lola more than life itself. She is the cutest and sweetest thing that ever happened to me and I feel more than blessed to have her in my life. I don’t know if feeling that way is a little over the top for a pet, but I wouldn’t doubt it… I got used to being over the top long ago! I need to look into dog grooming to get her looking pretty and fresh. Not that she isn’t already!

Now that she isn’t exactly a puppy anymore, she’s chilled out a lot. She hardly ever runs her crazy circles throughout the house, and if she does she pays the price. She sliiiiides across the hardwood floors in the house, it’s pretty funny, but when she runs into things I feel bad for her.

People have mentioned before how quiet and almost nervous she has become. I really believe that pets take after her owners and it seems like she picked up some unfortunate personality traits from yours truly.

Celebreality

I was getting my daily dose of celebrity gossip just now when I discovered that dumbass Lindsay Lohan got arrested for yet ANOTHER DUI. She was also driving on a suspended license and had cocaine on her person. It’s one thing if you’re going to do all this silly shit, but don’t get in a car and drive. Even more importantly, when you’re drunk with cocaine in your pocket and your license is suspended, one would think the LAST THING you want to do is get in a high speed car chase with someone at 2am. Yes, Linsday was doing the chasing… She’s run back to rehab, already. Didn’t she just get out or something?

So who’s looking forward to the Friday issue of OK! Magazine? As much as I hate to allow myself to be entertained by the trainwreck that is Britney Spears, you can’t blame me for being interested.

Freaking Office Depot

When I bought my Canon Rebel XTI I picked up a 2 gig SD card as well, so that I could (hopefully) take tons of photos on my camera without having to delete them all the time. I’m wondering though, should I get an even bigger one? Do they even make bigger ones? I’m not sure, but 2 gigs was the biggest one Office Depot had… I should look into this.

I’ve noticed that my latest addiction seems to be reality television… the really crappy kind. The shows that are so bad you have to question just how real they may be. Is New York paid to come act on every VH1 reality show to stir up drama? That’s what I think, that bitch has got to make an appearance on just about every reality television show that airs on VH1. At first it was really funny, but now it’s just messing up the flow of the show.

This weekend I watched almost the entire season of Charm School:Flavor of Love. At first I was not a fan of this show, but once you get past the first few episodes and REALLY catch the drama is when it gets good. My only complaint is that at the reunion special Monique basically gave this huge (scripted) speach where she made me believe that the whole point of the show was to shed better light on black females in America. Which is nice I guess, but I’m not black. Did I just watch that for nothing? And what about Toasty… and Pumpkin… I don’t know, Mo’ just seemed to contradict herself a bit.

My new favorite though, is definitely Rock of Love with Brett Michaels. THAT SHIT IS SO FUNNY. Next thing you know Monique is gonna be bitching those girls out because they’re such bimbos. I hope it comes to that because god, if you haven’t seen this show and you can actually bare to watch trash television, this is where it’s at.

New Layout!

I’ve seen most of the themes that are on the wordpress theme viewer about a bajillion times, and I am so working on getting good at creating my own from scratch (slowly, might I add. But I’m sure that will change once I get my MACBOOK :D )… but I just didn’t have the time to fool with it and I admit a layout change for boogher.com is WAY past due.

I’m just so attached to it’s old layout, and I’m not sure why. Oh well… I will try to refrain from switching it back like a little pansy. :P

I got my first digital camera when I was justa freshmen in high school. The thing was about as good as a low quality cellphone camera but I was elated to have one because I love capturing moments in time so much. I use my camera for many different things such as special ocassions like birthdays and get togethers. I also use it to take photos when I’m in a artsy sort of mood and I get a great idea… I use it just about anytime I want, unless I’ve gone somewhere that I think my camera could get dammaged, or other times when I don’t feel like lugging it around.

I don’t know if you would consider my camera to be “top of the line” but I currently own a Canon Rebel XTi and I looove it! I admit after having it since March I haven’t figured out a whole lot about photography or purchased any cool accessories, however I love it none the less, so a top of the line camera is not in my interest at the moment.

I don’t feel that I use a camera any more uniquely than I do the next task, particularly because I don’t feel like I’m a photographer at heart, it’s just something I enjoy doing. I love to capture a moment in time and keep it forever. Here’s one of my favorite photos that I’ve taken:
