The only time I left the house today

Today Paul and I took a much needed trip to Home Depot. Since my house was built in 1955, there aren’t very many electrical outlets. I don’t know how many extension cords I had hooked up, so we bought a bunch of surge protectors. I always thought to myself that if my grandfather knew I had so much crap hooked up to so many extention cords he wouldn’t be able to sleep at night. We also got some really fancy air filters and wood glue so that he can fix the 3rd drawer to my dresser that we got from the thrift store and then refinished. I never shared any photos of those, I must remember to do that!

I didn’t even have to pay for any of it either, I just so happened to randomly have a Home Depot gift card with 24 bucks on it. :)

elegant homes

This is a sponsored post.

I think it would be nice to own a luxury home at some point in my life. I don’t know how practical that sounds, but you never know, it could happen. They almost seem like the type of house a celebrity would live in. but that may be because I am just used to my little 3 bedroom, 2 bath ranch house. Many luxury homes are twice that and probably ten times more elegant.
