3 hours and counting

So, it looks like I’ve got a little more than 3 to 4 hours of work left. This makes me very happy inside because today has been a breeze. My phone hasn’t rung off the hook and I haven’t had to over exert myself just to get things done. Slow and steady wins the race :)

I posted some new photos on my flickr account. Go check them out! I guess I better get back to what I was doing :\ If today were tomorrow I’d be pulling into my drive way… right… about now.

They’re more than just blinds

This is a sponsored post.

When I purchased my home something I was lacking were blinds and shades. I wish I had known about Justblinds! Justblinds.com is a website that offers various shades and blinds including matchstick shades, faux wood blinds, real wood blinds, roman shades, pleated shades, and natural wood shades.

Justblinds.com has grown from a small home-based business in 1999 to one of the largest independent window covering retailers in the US. The products you can purchase from JustBlinds.com are high quality and could be compared to top name brands.

If you are looking to update your blinds, Justblinds.com is the place to go. Their website offers Bill Me Later (no payments for 90 days!), free shipping, free samples, and a satisfaction guarantee or they will refund your money!

She is going to be blogging at freckleface.org, one of my old domains. Right now things are looking pretty basic but I’m so excited!! It’s not that I like to push my interests on other people, but I can’t help but be elated that she’s joined this here “blogosphere.”

Case of the Mondays… begin… NOW

Oh gosh. It’s half past midnight and I know I need to be getting to bed. I can’t help but be extremely aware that tomorrow is Monday though, the work week begins. With a bang.  :(

I’ve done a lot of work to kelleyroo.com this weekend. I really love it so far, I could look at my little Lola Bean all day. She’s joined me at my computer with a bone. She doesn’t struggle to stay awake until I go to bed anymore, but she loves me still.

I’ve applied for another sponsored blogging program. We will see how it goes, I’m hoping for the best! Yipee!!

I’m still contemplating… continue fiddling around on the internet… or go to bed?

King of the castle, lord of the manor

This is a sponsored post.

Out of the few times that I’ve been to the beach, I think it is safe to say that I never mastered building Sandcastles. Fear not, my friend! If you suck at making sandcastles too, there is a really neat site that can be fun for adults as well as children.

At Virtualsandcastle.com you can build really cool sandcastles without even leaving your computer. No sand in your shoes and no messy cleanup!

Building sandcastles at virtualsandcastle.com is easy. The virtual sandcastle builder is simple. First you choose the beach you would like to build on. I chose Beaches Negril, a seven mile beach that I would love to visit. To build the castle, select the castle pieces from the menu at the bottom. You can scroll through the different parts by clicking on the left or right arrows. When you place a piece to the castle, a menu comes up where you can edit your pieces color, size, arrangement and so on. Sizing the piece is a bit tricky, simply drag the arrow to the left or right of the small pop-up scale menu.

I chose to build the structure of my castle first, then I toyed with different colors. Next is time for accessories! There are many you can chose from. For mine I added to flags for the top of my castle, a cute little starfish, shovel and pail, a beach ball, and a seashell. There are many things you can add though, not just these!

Once your castle is complete simply click save and you’re done! Once the e-card has been saved you can chose to create another, send it to a friend, or simply go to the home page. Visit the gallery to see your awesome new castle on display!
