I have two tattoos. One is a small outline of a monk with the kanji symbol for “children” on his forehead. I got this tattoo while I was in college, it was designed by my favorite instructor. After visitng his family, when Paul and I got back to town we noticed the people who live across the street from us had a couch by the road with a sign that said “FREE” on it. I guess it’s good the sign was there, but what about a couch sitting by the road doesn’t say FREE on its own?

Becuase both Paul and I are “finding free things on the side of the road” happy, we went after the couch. About 3 seconds after lifting it, I realize that it is now sitting on my foot. This couch was HEAVY, as we later discovered that it had a practically BRAND NEW fold out bed in it! Yeeeehaw!

My foot is just now healing from the damage of Paul carelessly letting go of it, though. I think he was just really drunk. Actually, I’m pretty sure that’s it.
