If I worked for the CIA and was fired, I’m not real sure what I would do with myself. I mean… where do you go after the CIA?! In a new series, USA Network’s Burn Notice Michael Weston, a CIA Operative has just been fired.
“Where will I go?†he thinks, hoping that this is a dream, “Who will I rely on if I can’t rely on myself?†He scrambles to gather his belongings from the office that has become his second home. He picks up the photos from his desk, a photo of his wife whom he loved dearly. She left him. Next to it was a photo of his dog when she was just a puppy.
After all his things were gathered, in a fit of rage he stops by his old friend, Ralph’s desk. Ralph is thinking deeply. “Ralph,†Michael said. “RALPH!†he repeats. Startled Ralph looks up and in a very concerned tone asks Michael, “Where are you going with all of your things?†“They canned me, I am blacklisted†Michael replies… “Moe came in and handed me a burn notice, and then just walked away. Why did they do this? I don’t understand I brought so much to the table!†Ralph goes back to thinking deeply when he realizes that he overheard the head honcho discussing changes that were to be made in the office with his assistant. “I heard head-hog discussing something with his assistant, that a few people must leave because he felt that they knew too much, but I had no idea it would be you!â€
